The Extreme Present is part of an ongoing curatorial project by Jeffrey Deitch including influential exhibitions like Artificial Nature, Post Human, Fractured Figure and The Painting Factory that introduce new artistic directions and explore their connections to both art history and contemporary society. A preview of the exhibition opened at the Aishti Foundation, Beirut in October 2015. Another version of The Extreme Present will be presented at the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, Torino in October 2017.
